Inclusion Criteria
1.All term parturient
2.Age more than 18 years
3.Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
1.Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy
2.Placenta previa
3.Placenta accreta
4.Any bleeding disorder
5.Preoperative systolic arterial pressure (SAP) less than 90 mmHg
6.Polyhydramnios

Name Time Method Heart rate, Mean arterial pressue, Systolic pressure, cardiac output, cardiac index, stroke volume, stroke volume index, stroke volume variationTimepoint: The primary outcome variables will be measured during surgery. The parameters will be measured at baseline once the patient is shifted into the operation theatre, and every 5 minutes until skin closure
