- •Approximately 14,000 people (=>35 years) will initially be asked about the presence of self-reported chronic ischemic heart disease and at least one general practitioner visit since the onset of this disease. Questions on the primary and secondary endpoints will then be addressed exclusively to people with self-reported chronic ischemic heart disease and at least one general practitioner visit since the onset of this disease.
