简要总结
The experimental group, who received DB re-education and SSE program through tele-rehabilitation, showed a significant improvement in PPT for both left and right upper trapezius (p<.001). They also showed statistically significant improvements in CVA and STD compared to the control group (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in RSP between the two groups. In addition, both the experimental and control groups through tele-rehabilitation showed significant improvements in CVA, STD, and RSP (p<0.05). The control group, who only performed SSE through tele-rehabilitation, also showed significant improvement in PPT for both left and right (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in PPT for the left side between the experimental and control groups. Furthermore, both the experimental and control groups through tele-rehabilitation showed significant improvements in NDI and CKCUEST (p<0.05), with no significant difference between the two groups.
