Inclusion Criteria

Patients with more than one ligament to be approved using MRI and clinical examination and may be possible for two years.

Exclusion Criteria

any previous kind of surgical knee
The presence of simultaneous injury on the knee of the other person
Using autograft as non - access to alograft
The presence of fractures at the same time around the knee
