入选标准
- •1) Age more than or equal to 18 years
- •2) Patients with unilateral primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction leading to chronic dacryocystitis
排除标准
- •1) Bilateral nasolacrimal duct obstruction
- •2) Secondary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction
- •3) Canalicular and common canalicular obstruction
- •4) Acute dacryocystitis
- •5) Patients on topical or systemic antibiotics within 1 week prior to surgery
- •6) Blepharitis, conjunctivitis
- •7) Nasal disorders leading to nasolacrimal duct obstruction
- •8) Previous nasal or nasolacrimal surgery
- •9) Patients who require intraoperative use of silicone tube
