1. Patients with clinical and laboratory
(culture test) diagnosis as denture stomatitis.
1. Patient who are allergic to Punica granatum.
2. Patients who are under antifungal agents at the time of treatment or in last three months.
3. Patients on medication which could promote oral candidal colonization such as antibiotics.
4. Patients on treatment regimens such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
5. Patients with uncontrolled systemic illness.
6. Patients who are not willing for the treatment.
