简要总结

Small-sided games will represent a prevalent component of branch-specific training methodologies in football. The objective of this study will be to examine the impact of small-sided games with sprint manipulation played in a 3v3 configuration on neuromuscular fatigue, along with physical, physiological, and technical parameters, in female football players.

The study will be conducted on a group of 12 female football players (experimental: 6, control: 6) who will have been actively playing licensed football for a minimum of three years. The participants will be asked to record their performance data over a six-week period, during which their physiological and physical parameters will be measured using Catapult (GPS) systems. The degree of neuromuscular fatigue will be determined through the active vertical jump test.

The data obtained from the study will be analysed using a Repeated Measures ANOVA test, with the significance level set at p < 0.05. Data analysis will be performed using the JASP 0.19.2 software package. It is expected that the results will reveal statistically significant differences in physiological parameters such as player load and perceived exertion level. In physical parameters, statistically significant differences are anticipated in total distance, positive acceleration, vertical jump performance, and running speed zones 1-2-3-4 (p < 0.05).

Consequently, the present study will aim to demonstrate that coaches may utilise this information in the organisation of training programmes to enhance performance parameters such as total distance covered, positive acceleration, and velocity, while simultaneously reducing neuromuscular fatigue in female football players.

结局指标

主要结局

Change in Neuromuscular Fatigue (Active Vertical Jump Height)

时间窗: Baseline (pre-test), Week 3 (mid-test), and Week 6 (post-test)

Neuromuscular fatigue was assessed using the Active Vertical Jump Test (AVJT). Jump height was recorded in centimeters (cm) using a ForceDecks force platform. Each participant performed three trials with a two-minute rest between attempts, following a standardized warm-up protocol.

次要结局

  • Change in Perceived Exertion Level(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Maximum Heart Rate(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Estimated Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO2max)(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Positive Acceleration(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Sprint Distance(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Distance Covered per Running Speed Zone(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Player Load(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Total Distance Covered(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
  • Change in Technical Performance Parameters(Baseline, Week 3, and Week 6)
