1. Histologically proof of colorectal cancer.
2. Patients with primary or recurrent CRLM who are considered candidates for curative surgery, thermal ablation, or
a combination of curative surgery and per-operative thermal ablation determined by the
multidisciplinary team (MDT) based on CT chest/abdomen.
3. No contraindications for liver surgery or thermal ablation.
4. Written informed consent.
1. Extrahepatic metastases on CT chest/abdomen that make curative treatment impossible.
2. Unresectable primary tumor, or resectable primary tumor requiring immediate surgery.
3. Patients with contra-indications for liver-MRI.
4. Previous inclusion in this study.
