Both sexes, with ages varying from 18 to 45 years, with diagnosis of Patellar Tendinopathy; Increased pain on palpation without tendon; Increase of pain to the increase of load; Reproducing the symptoms when jumping, crouching or climbing stairs), who sign the Informed Consent Term (TCLE).
History of patellofemoral pain; Knee arthrosis; Reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament; Muscular or skeletal injuries that do not allow the exercises to be performed; Severe cardiac conditions or other pathological conditions that make physical therapy impossible; Who underwent patellar tendon surgery, and if the subjects have one of these conditions during the treatment period, they will be excluded from the study.
