Inclusion Criteria
Healthy volunteers; both genders; age between 18 and 30 years; Normal BMI; sedentary; able to perform training on a vibrating platform.
Exclusion Criteria
Be performing aesthetic treatment in the abdominal region; practice physical activity regularly; presenting musculoskeletal injuries; have cardiovascular problems; pregnancy; acute low back pain; epilepsy; labyrinthitis; having had abdominal surgery recently; presenting umbilical hernia.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increased electrical activity of the rectus abdominis muscle, assessed using an 8-channel electromyograph (model W4X8, Biometrics Ltd., UK), through intra and intergroup comparison for a 5% significance level.<br><br>Increase in the cutaneous temperature of the abdominal region, assessed by means of a thermographic camera model FLIR T360, through intra and intergroup comparison for a significance level of 5%.
