入排标准
入选标准
- •1. ASA grade I, II, or III
- •2. Scheduled to undergo elective surgery for oral cancer (includes tumors of lip, oral cavity, pharynx and salivary glands)
- •3.Requiring general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Inter-incisor distance less than 2.5 cm
- •2.Restricted neck extension (less than 30 degrees)
- •3.H/o previous oral surgeries which alter airway anatomy
- •4.C/o congenital disorders associated with difficult airway
- •5.Scheduled for emergency surgery
- •6.BMI > 40
