Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA grade I, II, or III
2. Scheduled to undergo elective surgery for oral cancer (includes tumors of lip, oral cavity, pharynx and salivary glands)
3.Requiring general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Inter-incisor distance less than 2.5 cm
2.Restricted neck extension (less than 30 degrees)
3.H/o previous oral surgeries which alter airway anatomy
4.C/o congenital disorders associated with difficult airway
5.Scheduled for emergency surgery
6.BMI > 40
