1.Referred by treating team for ECT and on anticonvulsants for reasons other than epilepsy.
2.Either Sex
3.Age 18 to 60 years
4.Informed consent for study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Mental retardation (clinical examination)
2.Organic brain disease (by history and clinical examination)
