Inclusion Criteria

  • •nulliparous women
  • •singleton pregnancy
  • •good knowledge of Dutch language

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of urinary and or faecal incontinence
  • •Previous prolapse or anti\-incontinence surgery
  • •Connective tissue disease
  • •Neurological disorders
  • •Not allowed to do a maximum valsalva manoeuvre
