1. Patients scheduled for elective CABG
2. 18 to 70 years
3. Patients in Sinus Rhythm
Exclusion Criteria
Patients unwilling to participate in the study
Patients posted for Emergency CABG
Inadequate imaging
Patients operated for Redo Cardiac surgeries
Patients with Oesophageal diseases like Stricture, Previous Oesophageal surgeries, gastric ulcers,
Oesophageal varices, Diverticulitis that prevent insertion of TEE probe
Patients with associated Valvular lesions
