- •1. Age not less than 18 year-old
- •2. The mononuclear cell predominated exudative pleural effusion
- •3. The subjects display voluntary for thoracocentesis, pleural biopsy and finally receiving the diagnostic result of TB pleuritis (case group) or malignant pleural effusion (control group)
- •4. The subjects sign consent form before the data collection
排除标准
- •1. The subjects have any contraindication to the invasive procedure, such as bleeding disorder.
- •2. The polymorphonuclear cell predominated exudative pleural effusion
- •3. The unknown of the final diagnostic result of pleural effusion
