Inclusion Criteria
Delphi procedure and survey:
- isPO participants, defined as project/consortium partners (e.g. participants from scientific institutions, health insurance companies, Cancer Society NRW) of the isPO study and employees of the care networks (e.g. network coordinator, case manager, psychosocial specialist, psychotherapist) involved in isPO.
- a valid declaration of consent from the participant is provided.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Quality indicators (QI):<br>Development and selection of QI to make the quality of care in the new form of care isPO measurable. A modified Delphi technique (procedure based on the RAND/UCLA method) is conducted. <br><br>Quality assurance in the approach of participatory quality development (participatory quality development):<br>Implementation level of the participatory quality development approach in the new form of care isPO. A survey using a standardized questionnaire is conducted.<br><br>Internal program adherence:<br>Quality check of the internal program adherence of the new form of care isPO. A standardized evaluation tool is used to evaluate the fulfillment of relevant aspects of care in order to assess the program adherence of the new isPO form of care.<br>
