Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Middle aged healthy desktop workers
  • •2\. Working hours of minimum 5 hrs per day for minimum 4 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.History of nonspecific low back pain and treatment taken for the same
  • •2\. history of recent musculoskeletal injuries like fractures, dislocation or any soft tissue injury.
  • •3\. participant having shoulder and neck pain
  • •4\. Individual having association with any sport/ regular exercise.
