- •2. Working hours of minimum 5 hrs per day for minimum 4 years.
排除标准
- •1.History of nonspecific low back pain and treatment taken for the same
- •2. history of recent musculoskeletal injuries like fractures, dislocation or any soft tissue injury.
- •3. participant having shoulder and neck pain
- •4. Individual having association with any sport/ regular exercise.
