简要总结

Thirteen patients (86.7%) completed the entire trial. There were no statistically significant changes in the total MDS-UPDRS. The mean chnages score were 47.3 and 49.3 in the cannabis group and placebo group respectively (p 0.461). There was no major adverse effect reported although there were 2 dropouts in the cannabis group related to the intolerability of the side effects. One elderly patient had acute kidney injury that may be related to cannabis use.

  • •1. Idiopathic parkinson's disease
  • •2. Using stable doses of anti-Parkinson medication for atleast 30 days
  • •3. Hoehn and Yahr stage 1-4

排除标准

  • •1. Dementia
  • •2. Psychiatric disorder
  • •3. Ishcemic heart disease or cerebrovascular disease
  • •4. Cannabis use within 30 days prior the trial
