- •1. Adult age more than 18 years old with hematologic malignancy
- •2. Admit at medicine and hemato-oncological ward
- •3. Develop febrile neutropenia as definition of IDSA 2010
排除标准
- •1. Previously documented multi-drug resistance organisms within 1 month
- •2. Previous history of adverse reaction or allergy to piperacillin/tazobactam or meropenem
- •3. Septic shock or sepsis related hypotension required vasopressor
- •4. Pregnancy and lactation
- •5. Expose to antibiotic treatment more than 24 hours prior to enrollment
