入选标准
- •Patients older than 18 years of age scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •Emergency and Obstetric cases
- •Inability to give consent
- •Edentulous patients
- •Unstable cervical spine or suspected cervical trauma.
- •Oromaxillofacial trauma ,massive facial dressings.
- •Midline swellings in neck
- •Gross anatomical/congenital abnormalities of head and neck
- •Patients with full stomach scheduled for emergency surgery or requiring rapid sequence induction.
- •Patients with severe cardio respiratory distress
