- •Age 20 and greater
- •-Diagnosed with heart failure
- •-Under outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program
- •-Written informed consent provided
排除标准
- •-Hypersensitivity to empagliflozin, SGLT2 inhibitors or iodine
- •-Renal dysfunction (eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73 m2 or under dialysis)
- •-History of hypotension or hypoglycemia
- •-History of urinary tract infection or genital infection
- •-Severe infectious disease
- •-Pregnancy
- •-Any participant judged not suitable for this study by investigators
