Informed consent of patient
Planned laproscopic surgery
Age > or equal to 18 years
Mouth opening > or equal to 2 or 2 & half fingers
Mallam patti grade 1 & 2
ASA grade 1 & 2
Exclusion Criteria
Emergency laproscopic surgeries
Age < 18 and >65 years
Mallam patti grade 3 & 4 , nil mouth opening
Previous oral surgery/ throat surgery, airway pathology (oral, pharyngeal ,laryngeal carcinoma)
Morbid obesity BMI >35 kg/m2
