Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients between age 18years and 70 years.
2)One month after COVID 19 infection.
3) RTPCR positive cases.
4)Symptomatic and radiological evidence of POST COVID pulmonary fibrosis( PCILD).
Exclusion Criteria
1)Pregnant women, lactating mother
2)Renal failure
3)Hepatic failure
4)Critically ill patients
