- •History of sound misuse, psychological problems and stressful situations.
- •Visible and palpable tension around the larynx, stiffness of the paralaryngeal muscles, swelling of the larynx, and decreased thyrohyoid space

- •History of performing previous surgeries on the neck
- •Presence of hormonal disorders
- •Menopause in females
- •History of epileptic and seizure problems
