Inclusion Criteria

  • •Maximum ulcer area of 100 sq cm
  • •Wagner’s classification grade 1 \& 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with ß hemolytic streptococcus infection
  • •Patients who were positive for HIV, HBsAg and HCV
  • •Patients with coagulation disorders
  • •Malignant ulcer
  • •Monophasis PVD
