Inclusion Criteria
1.Closed displaced metacarpal neck, shaft, base fractures (every configuration)
2. Non displaced fracture in patient who cannot withstand conservative treatment with slab/cast immobilization
Exclusion Criteria
1. Open fracture
2. Concomitant injuries that preclude hand mobilization (i.e., severe head injury)
