Inclusion Criteria

1. Adult patients with intervertebral lumbar disc prolapse and underwent single level lumbar Discectomy during October 2018 to October 2020 by single surgeon

2. They have completed 2 years of follow up after Discectomy during the study period.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Not willing to give consent or participate in the study.

2. Diabetes Mellitus cases.

3. Cases who underwent revision surgery for IVDP

4. Who underwent an additional procedure such as fusion during surgery.

5. Not available for follow-up.

6. Who have developed additional pathology of spine like infection, malignancy or trauma during the follow up period.

7. Who have diagnosed to have peripheral neuropathy by physician
