Name Time Method The primary measure of effect of the Work-life program is Need for recovery after work. Need for recovery after work can be measured by using the subscale of the Dutch questionnaire on the Experience and Evaluation of Work
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method ->The secondary measures of effect are<br /><br>•Menopausal symptoms, Menopausal symptoms will be measured with the Dutch version of the Greene Climacteric Scale.<br /><br>•Quality of life. Quality of life will be assessed with the Medical Outcomes Study form 12 (SF-12).<br /><br>•Work functioning. Work functioning will be assessed by self-report on the following: self-reported work performance, quantity of work, and the capacity to work.
