Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients with planned CRT implantation, EF \< 35%, New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class III or IV despite optimal pharmacological therapy, and QRS duration \> 120 ms
Exclusion Criteria
- •persistent atrial tachyarrhythmias, symptomatic bradycardias, relevant valvular disease, instable coronary artery disease, coronary intervention three months before study enrollment, significant comorbidities like chronic obstructive lung disease with chronic oxygen requirement
