Inclusion Criteria

•Children with affected molars in the age range of 8 to 12 years, having Class I Molar Relation.

•Maxillary and Mandibular First permanent molars with two or greater than two cusps affected with moderate to severe form of MIH(i.e. Yellow to brown demarcated opacities with or without post eruptive breakdown)

•Affected FPMs with sound pulpal and periradicular tissue

•Affected FPMs with extensive yellow to brown opacities involving the buccal , lingual/palatal or proximal surfaces only without involving the occlusal surface.

Exclusion Criteria

•Affected FPMs with pulpal or periradicular involvement in the form of any sinus ,tenderness, periapical radiolucency or abcess.

•FPMs with a single cusp affected by MIH.

•Affected FPMs with isolated demarcated opacities on the buccal , lingual or proximal surfaces.

•Affected FPMs with previous restorations.

•Children having Class II or Class III molar relationship.
