Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age 18\-25 years.
  • Both male and female.
  • Players playing badminton since 2 years or more than 2 years
  • BMI :18\.05\-24\.9 kg/m2 (Normal)
  • Participants with pain since 3 months
  • Participants who are willing to be a part of study

Exclusion Criteria

  • Players with any lower limb surgery.
  • Players with history of any ligamentous or meniscal injury
  • Players on medication i.e. Hormonal, anti inflammatory drugs, etc.
  • Players with any other musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neurological or cognitive problems.
  • Players with any structural or postural asymmetries or limb length discrepancy.
  • Players that have pain for more than 8 months and less than 3 months
