- •1. Patients having persistent periodontal pocket depth on re-evaluation after phase I therapy.
- •2. Patients indicated for periodontal flap surgery for minimum two quadrants.
- •3. Systemically healthy patients.
排除标准
- •1. Patients unable to perform routine oral hygiene procedures.
- •2. Patients who are known smokers.
- •3. Any uncontrolled local or systemic diseases that might contraindicate periodontal surgery.
- •4. Pregnant or lactating women.
- •5. Acute gingival or periodontal disease.
