Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients having persistent periodontal pocket depth on re-evaluation after phase I therapy.
2. Patients indicated for periodontal flap surgery for minimum two quadrants.
3. Systemically healthy patients.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients unable to perform routine oral hygiene procedures.
2. Patients who are known smokers.
3. Any uncontrolled local or systemic diseases that might contraindicate periodontal surgery.
4. Pregnant or lactating women.
5. Acute gingival or periodontal disease.
