– Couples living together
– Participants of the NutriAct Family study

Exclusion Criteria

– Kidney diseases
– Gastrointestinal diseases
– Cognitive impairments (e.g., dementia)
– Cardiovascular problems (especially wearing a cardiac pacemaker)
