Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are planned for cesarean section (both emergency and elective sections).
Patient with previous LSCS will also be included in the study.
Patients who are willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Acute fetal distress
Abnormal placentation (placenta previa, adherent placenta)
Abruptio placentae
Cord prolapse
Coagulation defects
An adnexal mass or fibroid at lower uterine segment.

Name Time Method fetus delivery time among extra-peritoneal and Trans- peritoneal ap-proaches of cesarean Section.Timepoint: 1 year 6 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain score as measured by Visual Analog Scale on day 0 & day 1 <br/ ><br>Return of bowel function as measured by time of appearance of bowel sounds on auscultation and by time of passage of flatus. <br/ ><br>Intra operative complications will be documented, if any. <br/ ><br>Total operation time as measured by time of skin incision to skin closure. <br/ ><br>APGAR score of fetuses at 1 min and 5 min <br/ ><br>The incidence of post-operative nausea/ vomiting/ others will be documented. <br/ ><br>Duration of hospital stay. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 year 6 months
