  • •Being the main home caregiver of the child registered with a medical record number at the Medical and Statistics Archive Service (SAME) of the hospital; Be 18 years of age or older; Know how to read and write; Have an active telephone contact

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Caregivers with self\-reported inability to understand and answer the data collection instrument
