- •Patients who had elective MVP due to Mitral valve stenosis (\>moderate) or mitral valve insufficiency (\>moderate) in Konkuk University Medical Center from April 2011 to March 2012
排除标准
- •1\) Other concurrent valvular surgery
- •2\) Reduced left or right ventricular function (ejection fraction \<40%)
- •3\) Mitral valve stenosis grade \> moderate or mitral valve insufficiency grade \>moderate at post\-MVP period
- •4\) Patients who did not be performed 3\-dimensional echocardiography during surgery
- •5\) Patients who did not be performed transthoracic echocardiography at postoperative 7th day
