Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patient above 18 years and below 70 years.
  • •2\.patient diagnosed with head and neck malignancy referred to radiation oncology department
  • •3\.patient who are not on any topical treatment for dermatitis.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patients less than 18 years
  • •2\.patients with previous history of irradiation
  • •3\. patients with any other skin diseases on irradiated area
  • •4\. patients who are already on topical medication.
