Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.patient above 18 years and below 70 years.
- •2\.patient diagnosed with head and neck malignancy referred to radiation oncology department
- •3\.patient who are not on any topical treatment for dermatitis.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.patients less than 18 years
- •2\.patients with previous history of irradiation
- •3\. patients with any other skin diseases on irradiated area
- •4\. patients who are already on topical medication.
