Inclusion Criteria
1.patient above 18 years and below 70 years.
2.patient diagnosed with head and neck malignancy referred to radiation oncology department
3.patient who are not on any topical treatment for dermatitis.
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients less than 18 years
2.patients with previous history of irradiation
3. patients with any other skin diseases on irradiated area
4. patients who are already on topical medication.
