- •All paediatric patients <=5 kg undergoing open heart surgery under CPB.
排除标准
- •a)children > 5 kg body weight
- •b) children with documented hypothyroidism and other syndromes pre operatively
- •c) children undergoing open heart surgery without CPB
- •d) children whose parents are not consenting for the study
