Patients willing to participate
patients with age more than 18 years and less than 70 years
Selected as donor as per SGPGIMS donor criteria
Patients refusal to participate
Patients with severe persistent peripheral vasoconstriction or arterial spasm such as in shock states
Patients having coronary artery disease
Patients of dilated cardiomyopathy with left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40 percent
Patients with artificial hearts and ventricular assist devices
Patients less than 18 years of age and more than 70 years of age
Patients with severe persistent arrhythmias
