To see wheather using dopamine,a drug used to increase Blood pressure in low dose which act as Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) inhibitor, prevents development of sudden lung injury in presence of infection.

Adult patients (18-65yr) of either sex admitted in CCU with the diagnosis of sepsis based on sepsis-3 definition()Sepsis is defined as life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. Organ dysfunction can be identified as an acute change in total SOFA score >=2 points consequent to the infection. The baseline SOFA score can be assumed to be zero in patients not known to have pre-existing organ dysfunction), raised procalcitonin( >0.5), and identified source of infection.
1. Sepsis Induced acute lung injury before admission of intensive care unit.
2. Patients with head injury
3. Patients with preexisting lung injury.
4. Patients with cardiovascular disease.
5. Critical care unit mortality or loss to follow up within 7 days of admission.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine the effect of dopamine as VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) inhibitor in preventing further progression of sepsis to Acute lung injury.

Timepoint: VEGF levels will be measured at Daignosis of sepsis (Day 1) and at Day 7.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To establish the relationship of VEGF level in severity of lung injury .

2. To correlate the survival benefit of Dopamine in patients with sepsis.

3. Length of CCU stay.

4. Any associated side effect of dopamine.

Timepoint: till follow up of patient(discharge/death)
