Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Healthy individuals of age group 21\- 60 years irrespective of gender, caste, and creed.
- •2\. Individuals who are localized in Delhi â?? NCR for a year.
- •3\. Individuals willing and able to give written consent to the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals with a history of taking anti\-microbial therapy for the last 4 weeks.
- •2\. Individuals on medically intervened probiotics/prebiotics forthe last 4 weeks.
- •3\. Individuals suffering from diarrhea, dysentery, IBS, crohnâ??s disease, ulcerative colitis, or
- •any other major illness related to the gastrointestinal tract.
- •4\. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •5\. Individuals with an addiction to smoking \& chronic alcohol intake.
- •6\. Individuals participated in any other clinical trial 4 weeks before enrollment.
