Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Healthy individuals of age group 21\- 60 years irrespective of gender, caste, and creed.
  • •2\. Individuals who are localized in Delhi â?? NCR for a year.
  • •3\. Individuals willing and able to give written consent to the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Individuals with a history of taking anti\-microbial therapy for the last 4 weeks.
  • •2\. Individuals on medically intervened probiotics/prebiotics forthe last 4 weeks.
  • •3\. Individuals suffering from diarrhea, dysentery, IBS, crohnâ??s disease, ulcerative colitis, or
  • •any other major illness related to the gastrointestinal tract.
  • •4\. Pregnant and lactating women.
  • •5\. Individuals with an addiction to smoking \& chronic alcohol intake.
  • •6\. Individuals participated in any other clinical trial 4 weeks before enrollment.
