- •1. Patient above 18 yrs of age
- •2. Patients with diagnosed case
- •of Autoimmune Rheumatic Disease
- •3. Patients who had completed Both dose of AZD 1222 vaccine and had a documentedCovid 19 infection (irrespective of the order ofImmune hit)
- •4. Patients who had completed both dose of
- •AZD1222 vaccine with no history of Covid infection (Controlgroup)
- •5. Patients who are willing to provide informed consent
- •and to comprehend with the study

- •1. Patients with unstable disease activity and past history of flare
- •following vaccinations.
- •2. Patients with non-repopulated peripheral B cell
- •3. Patients with history of allergic reaction to vaccine or its
- •4. Patients who received live vaccine within 2 months prior the study
