Inclusion Criteria
i. Patient who gives informed written consent
ii. Presented with acute Right Iliac Fossa (RIF) pain and suspected to have acute appendicitis
Exclusion Criteria
i. Pregnant women
ii. Patients with pain >=5 days
iii. Suspected to have Appendicular lump/mass
iv. Previous history of urolithiasis, pelvic inflammatory disease or recurrent appendicitis
