入选标准
- •1. between 60 and 90 years old persons with untreated osteoporosis and without exercise habits
- •2. persons who meet the criteria of guidelines for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis
- •3. persons who have the YAM value between 70 and 80% with HbA1c >7.5%
排除标准
- •1.persons can not walk on both feet unaided
- •2.persons can not operate tablet
- •3.persons have HbA1c >10% in those with diabetes mellitus, proliferative retinopathy, heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
