Inclusion Criteria
- •Cases of chronic otits media – tubotympanic type.
- •Dry ear(dry since 3 months)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Cases of cholesteatoma
- •2\.Wet ear not responding to antibiotic
- •3\.Previous history of mastoid surgery
- •4\.Complicated otits media
- •5\.Mixed or conductive mod to severe hearing loss
- •6\.All patients who have clear cut indication of cortical mastoidectomy
