Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Nulliparous
  • •GA at least 37 weeks
  • •Singleton pregnancy
  • •No obstetrics complication
  • •Cephalic presentation
  • •True labor pain with regular uterine contraction at least 3 times in 10 minutes with cervical progression
  • •Can communicate in Thai language

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Obstetrics complication ex. antepartum hemorrhage, abruption placentae, placenta previa, pregnancy induced hypertension
  • •Medical complication ex. hypertension, diabetes and other uncontrolled medical complication
  • •Underlying cause that effect smelling ex. nasal tumor or brain lesion with anosmia problem
  • •Complication from aromatherapy ex. nausea, vomiting or dizziness
