Patients undergoing lapcholecystectomy with ASA grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
ASA grade3 and 4 , patients with difficult airway , patients who are already on pregabalin.

Name Time Method Preemptive analgesic effect. <br/ ><br>Intubation response, <br/ ><br>Perioperative total analgesic requirements. <br/ ><br>Postoperative Pain score . <br/ ><br>First rescue analgesic time.Timepoint: Immediately after intubation, intra operative every 15 minutes. <br/ ><br>Post operative every 1 hour till 12 hours.
