- •Patients posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I,II and III
- •Age from 18 to 65 years
排除标准
- •Patient having allergy to study drug(MgSO4 or Bupivacaine)
- •Patients with liver and Renal failure
- •Patients with heart block
- •Chronic alcoholism or drug abuse
- •Patients receiving any sort of pain medication on chronic basis
