Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged over 18 years old undergoing elective neurointervention under general anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who do not agree to participate in study
Patients who have high aspiration tendency or high bleeding risk
Patients with upper airway disease or cervical spine disease
Patients with a history of upper airway or cervical spine teatment
Patients at high risk of tooth damage
